This work has included every step of the design and implementation process. I have an expert knowledge of XHTML and am a Certified HTML Developer by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).   • Create new site designs from client specifications using Photoshop
  • Create new site templates from designs using XHTML, CSS, etc.
